Hi,
I am using fedora 15 and virtual box 4.1.2 .When i run the "yum -y update" on terminal i it showing Transaction summary :
install 7 packages
upgrade 379 packages
total download size :277 M
downloading packages:
setting up and reading presto delta metadata
updates/prestodelta
fedora/prestodelta
processing delta metadata

in terminal showing here struck .what to do now

If its graphical, it'll have a 'nicer' appearance to it. Like graphics etc. Otherwise, it'll look like a terminal or command prompt.

its a black screen….hw cn i say if its graphical or text based…..cn u help me out plsss….i m using virtual box 3.2 nd fedora 12…..

Sounds like something has happened to X. When you get the three bars and the 'Fedora 12' is it graphical or text based?

Try to boot into Terminal – http://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/fedora-...

Also, keep in mind that both Fedora and Virtualbox have released several new versions since I posted this (over 1 year ago) and so the instructions are probably not 100% accurate.
